“I grew up in a house where everything was cooked from scratch. From our garden, from our hands, from patience.
After training abroad and years of experience, I returned home. First a food truck. Then Cimbru Restaurant, a small 20-seat restaurant. Then Cimbru Author. A quieter place. A deeper expression. A passionate team.”
